Job Posting

A variety of job posting packages are available, ranging from single job postings, or unlimited job postings on a month-to-month or term job posting basis.

Pricing: $175 for a single job posting, $399 month-to-month unlimited job postings, or $1077 for 3 months, $1915 for 6 months, $2514 for 9 months, or $2873 for a 12 month package.

Resume Search

A variety of resume search packages are available, ranging from month-to-month or term packages for resume search. An IntelligenceCareers.com resume search subscription includes USAJobZoo.com resume search as well -- our marketing arm for reaching commercial industry candidates.

Pricing: $399 for month-to-month or term search packages for 3 months 1077, 6 months $1915, 9 months $2514 or 12 months $2873 of resume search.

Career Fairs

Three levels of career fair exhibition are available:

Plan A $999.00: Exhibition space, table, 2 chairs, meals and snacks for 2 recruiting staff members. There is a $35 charge for food & drink for each extra staff member.

Plan B $1399.00: Plan A services + 2 extra food and beverage services (total of 4), and a CDROM of all preregistrants and event attendees.

Plan C $1799.00: Plan A + B services + one week of online banner advertising + an email blast to our newsletter database + 8x11 page ad in the program guide.

Career Invitationals

New for 2013: Career Invitationals are an event where we advertise your specific opportunities to candidates. Interested candidates submit their resume for you review. You review their resume and invite them to meet with you. We will provide you with a private meeting suite.

This recruiting format can be for as few as one company or organization. Career Invitationals are intended to connect you to candidates that are normally upper mid-level or senior in their careers, or which have unique skillsets and see little need to stand in line just to be told by a recruiter to go to their website and to apply online.

With at least 30 days advance notice we can schedule these events at almost any time to meet the needs of your schedule.

Price includes our matching service, a private meeting place in either a meeting room or a private suite such as those offered by Embassy Suites (our first choice when available), and food and drink for three recruiters. One of our staff members will be available to assist you if necessary.

Pricing: $3599 for Secret, Top Secret and U.S. Citizen candidates. $4999 for Top Secret Fullscope and Lifestyle Polygraph candidates.

Featured Employer - Blog/Radio/TV

We put the power of search engines to work for you by publishing more than 120 blogs that bring in great candidates from around the world 24/7. Your Featured Employer article can include graphics and include up to 500 words, plus backlinks to your website and informational sections of your website. Your featured status will remain on our primary homepage for one full week and will be crossposted to as many of our blogs as relevant to the content within your article. We will also crosspost to our social connections and your information will be highlighted on our weekly USAJobZoo TV and RADIO programs.

Pricing: For just $299 per week we can highlight your organization and job opportunities. If you are one of our subscription service customers then the price is just $199 per week.

EMail Blaster

EMail Blasters are one of our most popular products. We can target your email message to locational area (Florida, Virginia, etc.) and/or to a skillset such as Intelligence Analysts, Technologists, etc. We will send your message to as many folks as meet the profile audience that you are trying to reach.

Your EMail Blaster will also be crossposted to our career blogs appropriate-to-content.

Pricing: $599 per sending or just $399 for our subscription service customers.

Web Advertising

Banner Advertising - We offer 200x50 and 468x60 webbanner advertising. All banners appear above-the-fold on our homepage and on almost all of our public webpages. If you need your branding and message to dominate our webpage then we also offer a headline 468x60 banner ad.

Your package also includes publication of a corporate writeup of your organization that will be published across our many career blogs as appropriate to content.

Pricing: $499/week for 200x50 banner or $799/week for 468x60 headline banner.

USAJobZoo.com RADIO

We operate two web music and jobs news radio stations 24/7. Commercial breaks appear just four times per hour. We give you an incredible 90 seconds to tell your message and your advertisement will run hourly for a full week. That is 168 run spots in a week.

Pricing: $299/week or just $199/week for our subscription service customers.

Special good deal: We run 30 second ads for subscription services customers on a space available basis. You can send us an ad that you want us to us or we develop an 'information blurb' about your organization based up information available from your website.

USAJobZoo.com TV

We are very proud to be launching USAJobZoo TV for 2013. USAJobZoo TV focuses on topics, news and information of interest to candidates across a wide range of skillsets and interests.

Each week's program can have up to three program sponsors. We display your logo, link to your website and provide up to 30 seconds of description about your organization and opportunities at the beginning and end of each program.

Real value for your advertising dollar because we crosspost our USAJobZoo TV programs to our many blogs, upload the programs to Youtube and crosspost the programs to various social and professional networking websites. So your weekly sponsorship could end providing you with weeks and months of additional attention as our programs get viewed.

Pricing: $299/program

Career Guide (Print)

Each calendar quarter we print 10,000 copies of our Career Guide. These are distributed at all of our career events, at events that we go to, and we distribute them via bulk mail to many different major U.S. military installations around the world.

All advertising is color and appears on the rightside pages of the guide -- where people are mostly likely to look when going through any print publication.

Pricing: $499 for 1/4 page, $799 for 1/2 page, and $1399 for a full page advertisement. If you wish your ad to appear on the outside cover of the magazine then there is an additional $200 charge.

Direct Mail

Sometimes direct mail is the right answer. We recommend postcards as many people actually save the postcards (using them as bookmarks, etc.) or find postcards convenient to passalong to a friend.

We can print and mail your direct mail for you. We will also use our own internal targetted mailing lists at no extra charge if you need to extend your outreach.

Pricing - includes printing, handling and postage - for a minimum order of 2,500 pieces: $.60/each for a 4x6 postcard, $.70 for a 6x8 postcard and $.75/ea for a Nr.10 envelop with up to two sheets of printed paper inside.

Specialized Campaigns

There is probably always some other way to reach candidates that does not fit in the products and services above. For example, certain youth sports leagues are very appropriate venues for reaching your target audience ... or reaching out to specific professional groups ... or holding a contest ... or ... the ways to reach candidates is endless. Some ways work better than others. Let us know what you are trying to achieve and we can brainstorm a possible way to reach your target audience.
