The mission of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is to conduct dominant world-class intelligence, security, and information operations for military commanders and national decision-makers. INSCOM also conducts a wide range of production activities, ranging from intelligence preparation of the battlefield to situation development, signal intelligence analysis, imagery exploitation, and scientific/technical intelligence production. INSCOM has major responsibilities in the areas of counterintelligence, force protection, electronic and information warfare, training, and force management. INSCOM also is assigned primary responsibility to implement the functions associated with the Core Intelligence Readiness Enterprise, which entails ensuring that Army Intelligence soldiers worldwide obtain and sustain critical operational intelligence skill sets. INSCOM executes this function through a variety of programs and activities to include administering the Foundry program for the Department of the Army.
The Intelligence Analyst will perform the following duties in INSCOM’s 24 x 7 IOC watch center:
Prepares Intelligence Operations reports, briefings, updates, and related products
Coordinate with INSCOM Staff and Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) as required
Maintain an accurate Operations Center log as prescribed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Adhere to all established Operation Center SOPs and Tactics, Techniques and procedures (TTP)
Security Clearance: TS
Special Access / Access Eligibility: SCI
-Graduate Degree in any discipline
20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience
Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Division or higher level, with experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff directorate NCOIC or primary staff directorate warrant officer preferred
Prior experience as Contractor Task Lead or Site Lead
MEL 4, WOSSE or SLC/SMA
PMP – Certification
Chief, Joint Operations Center, or SOF Operations Center OIC
