Russian Language-Enabled Analyst

Provide Russian language–enabled all–source intelligence analysis, including research and analysis of disparate unclassified and classified data sources, such as classified documents and open source materials. Provide transcription, translation, and transliteration of data from Russian to English and from English to Russian in speech, writing, and type. Provide translations of technical and non–technical information using correct Russian language and English syntax. Provide expertise in foreign state and non–state threat actors and international, regional, or local threats. Research and write draft and finished operational intelligence products in accordance with client and community standards. Provide the client with cultural and regional expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree and/or 3 years of experience with intelligence analysis

-3 years of experience with handling classified information, including hard copy and digital formats

-3+ years of experience in typing in foreign language

-Experience with open source research and methodologies, fundamental intelligence analysis methodologies, and basic all–source intelligence analysis tools, including TAC, M3, and ANB

-Knowledge of foreign military and intelligence structure and methodologies and international, regional, and local threats

-Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency with various operating systems and computer configurations

-Ability to display Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Language Skill Level or Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) rating 3 or higher in the areas of listening and reading

-Active TS/SCI clearance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with native cultural expertise preferred

-Experience with 35, 35L, 35F, 35M, 35P, 97G, or equivalent preferred
