Junior-Level Administrative Support Specialist to S&T

Description:  NMEC provides strategic document and media exploitation support to the Intelligence Community (IC), Law Enforcement Community, and Department of Defense (DoD) in locations worldwide. NMEC is looking for quality executive administration, logistic administration, and security administration essential to the execution of NMEC’s mission.

The Junior-Level Administrative Support Specialist will provide security administrative support to the NMEC.

Assist the DIA Office of Security (SEC) Special Security Officer (SSO) in meeting OCE office security requirements;
Assist in reviewing coordinating, and tracking internal and external staff clearance and nomination packages;
Prepare staff summary sheets, memorandum of agreements and official memos for government review:
Assist in updating/developing office level standard operating procedures (SOP);
Assist in maintaining the S&T e-Task management system;
Assist in Managing eZHR Time and Labor for S&T as a Time Administrator;
Assist in scheduling conference rooms and appointments; help manage S&T Senior Leadership calendars
Assist in coordinating office supply orders;
Serve as the S&T vehicle coordinator (includes maintain log books, develop and distribute required vehicle reports and accomplish other vehicle coordination duties as required by the Logistics Officer);Assist in maintaining internal files and records management
Qualifications:

Two to five (2-5) years of specialized security support experience. Must be proficient using the MS Office Suite of applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Access.
Two (2) plus years of experience supporting security functions.
Must be familiar with government DTS.
Must be familiar with government time keeping processes.
Security Clearance:  TS

Special Access / Access Eligibility:  SCI

Polygraph:  Must successful pass a CI Poly within 90-days of employment.

Education:   Associate’s degree preferred, but can be waivered with additional experience

Experience:

Associate’s degree preferred
Two to five (2-5) years administrative experience
Two (2) plus years of experience supporting security functions
Expert MS Office Skills
Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology
